    The founding partner of KWLLC, Noah works extensively in film, media, and publishing venues as well as with various nonprofit agencies, small businesses, attorneys, physicians, dentists, estates, and trusts. He advises clients about tax and accounting strategies and methods, and tax audits. His track record of achieving no-change or minimal-change audit results and obtaining favorable rulings or penalty abatements for his clients is outstanding. As a steadfast champion of the arts and social activist organizations, Noah has an impeccable record of defending clients’ rights against various government agencies.


    Community Service and Avocations

    Noah is founder and chairperson of the Sean Kimerling Testicular Cancer Foundation (www.seankimerling.org), a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness of testicular cancer and the need for regular self-examination. The Foundation was established in memory of Noah’s son Sean, the Emmy Award-winning anchor of WB11 sports and pre-game announcer for the New York Mets, who died from testicular cancer in 2003 at the age of 37.

    Also an avid sailor, Noah has crossed the North and Mid-Atlantic to Europe and Africa and back several times and has navigated the Caribbean and the South Atlantic to South America as captain of his thirty-eight foot ketch, Noah’s Ark.

    Ross Wisdom, CPA (Managing Partner)


    Ross provides audit and tax services to nonprofit organizations, small businesses, coops, attorneys, estates, and trusts. His clients include Louis Kahn Project’s My Architect; the Pulse Ensemble Theatre; independent filmmakers, producers, playwrights, screenwriters, authors, directors, editors, and talent; as well as many restaurants and retail businesses.

    Assunta (Sue) Reda, CPA (Partner)

    Sue Reda has worked in the public accounting field for thirty years specializing in taxation and finance. During her career she has helped manage clients financial matters and consulted on tax planning issues. She has been able to realize thousands of dollars in tax savings for her clients with sound tax advice, and she has been successful in maintaining excellent client relations. Sue formally worked with Ortega & DiLeonardo, CPAs; Levenson & Nemerovsky, CPAs; and Francis Mastrige Income Tax.

    Rosemary Shameer (Operations Manager)

    Rosemary contributes to the development and implementation of organizational practices within the firm, in addition to managing the day to day operations. For the past six years Rosemary has worked with Noah Kimerling and the Sean Kimerling Testicular Cancer Foundation providing website/IT support, bookkeeping, database, event and program management services. She continues to work for the foundation on a part time basis.

    Latisha Johnson (Receptionist/Administrative Assistant)

    In addition to providing administrative support to the company, Latisha has been entrusted with client and billing services. Latisha has worked at CDR Housing Management Corp as a Receptionist and was promoted to Bookkeeping Assistant. She then was a Legal Assistant in the Real Estate Field for over eight years, working at Brady Klein & Weissman and Titlevest. She has attended both Kingsborough Community College and Long Island University in pursuit of a Bachelors Degreee in Communications, and is currently looking to transfer to FIT to study fashion and hopes one day to open her own clothing, jewelry or handbag line.





    Dionne McKenzie (Administrative Assistant)

    Dionne provides administrative assistance and support to the firm. She is our newest member to the team and has a strong work ethic. Dionne is in the process of earning her degree at The New School, to study fashion design and one day pursue a career in Styling and Merchandising.



    Kimerling & Wisdom, LLC was originally founded in 1970 as Kimerling & Margulies by tax partner Noah Kimerling and his father-in-law Solomon Margulies . Our growth began with only a few individual corporate, retail and nonprofit clients. But as word spread of the quality of services being offered, we evolved over the years from Kimerling & Margulies to Kimerling & Wisdom, LLC.

    The Sean Kimerling Testicular Cancer Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness of testicular cancer and the need for regular self-examination. The Foundation seeks to ensure that young men are aware of the disease and have the information they need to conduct regular self-examinations, recognize possible warning signs, and seek medical help without embarrassment or fear of stigmatization.
